Statutes, Regulations and Regulations Development

This area pertains to regulations related to Colorado's radiation program (radioactive materials and x-ray radiation). It includes links to the Radiation Control Act (statute), radiation regulations that are currently in effect, and radiation-related regulations that are under revision or development or are being considered for revision or development.

Sites, facilities and other regulated entities must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and other requirements including, but not limited to, those of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Colorado Board of Health, the Air Quality Control Commission, the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission and the Water Quality Control Commission.
