Waste Grease

Section 18 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities requires transporters of waste trap grease, facilities that collect, store, process, or dispose of waste grease, and individuals who collect or transport waste grease for personal use (other than for use as biofuel) to  register with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
