Recycling and Beneficial Use

The Solid Waste and Materials Management Program serves the residents of Colorado in both promoting waste diversion strategies and to ensuring recycling activites meet the requirements of C.R.S. 30-20-102(5). 

The Materials Management Group registers recycling facilities, issues Beneficial Use Determinations and tracks recyclable material flow in the State of Colorado.
