Most Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability files are available for public review under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA). Additionally, copies of files can be requested Monday through Friday, with the exception of state holidays.

All requests must include:
• Name of requestor
• Daytime telephone and fax number
• Document(s) requested
• Reason for request
• Desired method of delivery
