Stakeholder Process to Modify the Regulations Pertaining to the Waste Tire Processor and End User Reimbursement Program (CCR 1007-2, Part 4) and Section 10 of Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities (6 CCR 1007-2, Part 1)
As a result of the passage of House Bill 12-1034 in the 2012 regular legislative session, the Processor & End User Program Regulations and Section 10 Regulations will need to be revised based on the new eligibility requirements for waste tire processors and end users.
Four separate stakeholder meetings were held at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South in Denver, CO:

Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission Rulemaking Hearings
Presentation of proposed amendments to the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission will be on November 20, 2012. Proposed effective date of new rules: January 1, 2013. Current regulations will remain in effect until rules are promulgated by the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission.
