Email Submittal Procedure

USE ONLY THE BELOW LISTED EMAIL FOR EMAIL FILING. ANY OTHER EMAIL WILL CAUSE YOUR SUBMISSION TO BE RETURNED! 

 

1.) Attach the file to an email addressed to: cdphe.edtier2submit@state.co.us

 

We cannot accept files from MS Word, MS Excel, or PDF's of your Tier II report as your Tier II submission. The file must be a submission created by the Tier2Submit software, or the submission will be rejected.

 

Be sure to include "Tier2Submit" and your company name in the subject line, and a contact and phone number in the body of the e-mail, and be sure that the file that you are sending has the company name in it. If the requested information is not supplied or the email is sent to the wrong email address, it will not be processed.

 

2.) Send the e-mail to the above email address.

 

3.) If the submittal is successfully received at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, you will receive a reply that “Your Tier2Submit email has been received. If, at a later date, we are unable to process it or have questions, we will contact you with the contact information provided in your email.”

 

If you do not receive a reply within one month of submittal, recheck the file size and email address, resend the submittal to cdphe.edtier2submit@state.co.us , and/or contact the department's Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization (SARA) Program at (303) 692-2186. Note that the department has a limit on the size of attachments we can receive.
