Food Regulations and Guidelines

The Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability promulgates rules, regulates, inspects and provides technical guidance to three major food industries in the state of Colorado:

• Dairy and Milk Producers and Processors

• Restaurants, Grocery Stores, etc (Retail Food)

• Food Manufacturers, Warehouses, etc. (Wholesale Food Manufacturing and Storage)
