Topics to be discussed: Professor Scott Denning from Colorado State University will provide his perspectives on the science of global climate change and solutions; Patrick Cummins Executive Director, Western Climate Initiative, Inc. will provide an overview of WCI’s efforts and recent developments to reduce GHG emissions in the West; the Commission Administrator will describe the analysis required for proposed regulations that are considered to be “more stringent than federal requirements”; the Commission Administrator will describe “economic impact analysis” requirements for any proposed regulation; and public comment.
