Public Comment Opportunities

The Air Pollution Control Division is seeking public comment on the following items:

• Sulfur Dioxide Infrastructure State Implementation Plan
  This document describes the authority and resources for Colorado to implement the 2010 SO2 National Ambient Air Quality Standards in compliance with the Clean Air Act Section 110 (a)(1) and (2). This document is open for public comment from May 24 to June 23, 2013. Comments must be received by the end of the comment period.

• 2013 Regulatory Development Effort for Oil and Gas Industry

In addition to the above items, public comment is routinely accepted on air emissions permit applications under public notice.
