Program Goal: Influence management of Colorado prescribed fire smoke so that burners continue to protect visibility and public health and welfare.

- EPA's Interim Air Quality Policy on Prescribed and Wildland Fires. It was issued in 1998 but is still the most current.

Current Program Activity

- Colorado smoke program annual report. Annual reporting occurs in the spring following each year of burning.
