Where a Specialty Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) exists for a given source, as shown below, the Specialty Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) form should be used in lieu of the General Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) described above. Specialty Air Pollutant Emission Notices (APENs) are designed to report detailed, source-specific information.
