Construction Permit Forms and APENS

This site provides downloadable air emission permit ("Construction Permit") application, reporting, and compliance forms required by the Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) Stationary Sources Program. The Construction Permit Unit provides detailed guidance and information on the air emission permit process. Larger sources of air emissions that are subject to "Operating Permit" requirements can obtain additional forms and information through the Operating Permit Program webpage.
