The Mobile Sources Program of the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division controls air pollution from motor vehicles through a variety of programs and activities:

 

Request for Proposal:

 

The Request for Proposal for the Motor Vehicle Emissions Testing, Inspection, and Maintenance program is now available in the Colorado BIDS System at www.BidsColorado.com.

 

 

Solicitation Number: SF-AIR130614-R

 

The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission adopted modifications to the emissions testing program to increase model year exemptions and provide an On-Board Diagnostic emissions test for some late model year vehicles, in addition to other changes. These program changes will begin in 2015.

 

Should you decide to submit a response to this solicitation, you must be registered with the Colorado BIDS System prior to the submission date listed in the solicitation. If you are not registered with the Colorado BIDS System prior to the submission date for this Solicitation, your Solicitation response will be rejected.

 

The submission deadline for this solicitation is 2:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.
