  • Clear Creek
  • El Paso
  • Fremont
  • Jefferson
  • Larimer
  • Logan

If you are in Fremont and Morgan counties, you must file by November 22 to be considered timely. If you are in Logan and Arapahoe counties, you must file by October 25 to be considered timely. For all other counties, you must file by October 21 to be considered timely, unless you have good cause for late filing.

Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate that the severe storms and flooding prevented you from performing the customary duties of your job.
