Appealing a Deputy's Decision
If you disagree with a Deputy's Decision (Notice of Decision) that you have received, you may file an appeal of that decision to the Appeals Section, and a hearing will be scheduled. Appealing a Hearing Officer's Decision
If you have already had a hearing and you disagree with the Hearing Officer's decision, you may file an appeal with the Industrial Claim Appeals Office. You may also request a new hearing, but only if you failed to appear for a hearing that was scheduled. For more information, click Industrial Claim Appeals Overview or call the ICAO at 303-318-8133.
Appealing an Industrial Claim Appeals Panel Decision
If you disagree with a Final Order issued in your case by the Industrial Claim Appeals Panel (ICAP), you may file an appeal with the Colorado Court of Appeals.
