The Colorado Boiler and Pressure Regulations give Director of OPS the authority to issue a cease and desist order commanding that use of the boiler or pressure vessel shall be discontinued until any violation noted pursuant to §9-4-108(2)has been corrected. In the case of a condemned boiler or pressure vessel, a re-inspection by a State or Special Inspector must be performed satisfactorily before the boiler or pressure vessel may be operated.
