Per C.R.S. 9-5.5-119 (2)(a) Dangerous conveyance – administrative orders, in lieu of repairing or altering a dangerous conveyance pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, an owner of a lessee may have the conveyance made dormant. A dormant conveyance shall not be used until it is made safe in compliance with this article.
