Enforcement

Enforcement works with each of the programs within the Division of Oil & Public Safety to insure that regulated facilities operate under the regulations and statutes and remain in compliance. Enforcement will work with the regulated party to resolve compliance issues, answer questions, offer guidance and assist with getting the facility back into compliance.

The main focus of Enforcement is to be protective of human health and the environment through compliance with the established Federal and State regulations and statutes.
