Quality Improvement Strategies

The Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS) encompasses all services provided under the waivers. The waiver specific requirements and assurances have been included in the appendices for each waiver. The QIS involves discovery and remediation to review and monitor the system to determine the need for design changes.
