Adult Programs

  • Home and Community Based Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (HCBS-DD)
    (formerly known as “comprehensive services”)

    • These Medicaid waiver funded residential services are for adults who require extensive supports to live safely in the community (including access to 24-hour supervision) and who do not have other sources for meeting those needs.

  • Home and Community Based Services - Support Living Services (HCBS-SLS)
    • These Medicaid waiver funded support services are for adults who either can live independently with limited supports or who, if they need extensive support, are getting that support from other sources, such as their family. HCBS-SLS offers a variety of individualized and flexible supports to enable adults to live in their own homes or in family homes, and to avoid or delay more costly Comprehensive Services.

  •  Supported Living Services
    • These State funded support services are for adults who are not eligible for Medicaid and who either can live independently with limited supports or who, if they need extensive support, are getting that support from other sources, such as their family.
