Purchasing Card Training

PURCHASING CARD APPLICATION

 

The Purchasing Card provides users the ability to make allowable, small dollar purchases for Department business.  If you are in need of a Purchasing Card, you must submit an application to your District PCard Administrator and complete the required training.  To complete a Purchasing Card application, click on the link below:

PURCHASING CARD TRAINING PROCESS

 

All new cardholders are required to take the Purchasing Cardholder & Approving Official Training AND the Citibank Navigation Training.  Each training has a quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% or better.  Once you pass the quiz, you will be issued a certificate.  Each certificate must be printed and sent to your District PCard Administrator.  At that time, you will be sent a Cardholder Agreement Form to sign and return to your District PCard Administrator.  Once this is all completed, you will be issued your card.

 

All new Approving Officials are required to take the Purchasing Cardholder & Approving Official Training.  Approving Officials are only required to take the Citibank Navigation Training if you will be requesting access to your cardholders in the Citibank system.  Each training has a quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% or better.  Once you pass the quiz, you will be issued a certificate.  Each certificate must be printed and sent to your District PCard Administrator.  Once the quiz is completed, you will be sent an Approving Official Agreement Form to sign and return to your District PCard Administrator.  Once this is all completed, you will be approved as a PCard Approving Official.
