How to navigate the Citibank system

All Approving Officials requesting access to the Citibank system and ALL new cardholders are required to take the Citibank Navigation online training in order to receive their card and/or become an Approving Official.  However, there may be instances where a cardholder or Approving Official may need to refresh their memory.  Rather than having to go back to the online training site and go through the training, you can view the PowerPoint presentation.  Just click on the link below to access the Citibank Navigation PowerPoint presentation.
