The Western Accounting District provides accounting services and financial information about the Colorado Department of Human Services, especially Grand Junction Regional Center (GJRC) and Western District Iha agencies. This includes accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, billing and collection of revenue, timely and efficient cost management and accurate determination of costs for rate setting and reimbursement. This unit is responsible for completing the Residential Treatment Center cost report for the Grand Junction Regional Center and calculating cost allocations to the agencies and programs served by the Western District.
