Planning & Technical Services
The PTS Group consists of Planners, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Contract Administrators working together to:
- Provide operational/program/faciliities and master planning, capital development, design development, and the development and submission of Capital Construction and Controlled Maintenance budget requests;
- Provide oversight of design professionals developing project designs and project management services for both Capital Construction and Controlled Maintenance projects;
- Provide architectural/engineering support to CDHS;
- Provide State Buildings Programs functions to ensure all State procurement laws and fiscal rules are followed on construction projects;
- Provide fleet management services to CDHS programs;
- Provide commercial lease management services to CDHS programs;
- Provide Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) services and document management oversight;
- Manage utility expenditures and programs to conserve energy and water resources.
