Colyar Computer System Update

 

The CDHS Food Distribution Program is automating commodity food orders for all school districts, child care and other recipient agencies by implementing the Colyar Computer System. The new system will streamline many functions of the state’s ordering and invoicing processes by interfacing with the State’s COFRS system.  In addition, users will now go to one system for all the USDA Child Nutrition Programs administered by Colorado State Agencies. The program’s state team will conduct onsite regional training for all school districts, child care and other agencies in January and February 2014. The hands-on training includes how to place commodity food orders and invoicing. To see the training schedule, please click on the link below.
