State Staff

The Department has a centralized rule-making process located in the Boards and Commissions Division. Staff in State Board Administration handle coordination of rule-making packages, notices, hearings, preparation for and filing of publication of adopted rules, and maintenance of the State Board, Rules and Regulations, and Agency Letter web sites.
