Catholic Charities of Diocese of Pueblo, founded in 1944, is a multiservice agency serving people of all faiths in the Diocese of Pueblo. Catholic Charities provides a wide range of programs including Family Education and Empowerment, Home Stability and Immigration Services. The Rehire Colorado Program is a collaborative program of Catholic Charities, Department of Social Services and WorkForce Development Center. Catholic Charities will provide the case management; WorkForce will provide the expertise and relationships with employers; DSS will provide the outreach and basic services. Discover Goodwill operates over 20 diverse programs funded and administered through three core divisions—Operations & Sales, Mission & Community Services and Business Contracts.
Discover Goodwill is excited to partner with ReHire CO program to better serve our community. The workforce development program of Discover Goodwill has focused on building report with placement sites in a variety of industries and occupations relevant to the local economy. The Job Developers and Employment Specialists will be able to match the participants’ interest and aptitude with the job site.  They will get to know each person and their career aspirations for employment thru continual assessment and coaching during the transitional job. . Goodwill Industries of Denver (Goodwill Denver) has focused on providing training and employment to at-risk youth, unemployed/underemployed families and disabled adults in the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado for over 90 years.  Currently, Goodwill Denver provides program services throughout the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado through 28 retail locations, 3 warehouses, 33 school partnerships, 4 Career Connection Centers, and 2 county programs. All ReHIRE Colorado program participants will be offered ongoing services at our Career Connection Centers.  The Career Connection Centers’ services include work place skills classes such as: Customer Service, Job Search Skills, Computer Skills, Dress for Success, Financial Literacy, Resume Development, Time Management, Business Communications, Interviewing Techniques, U.S. Business Culture, Conflict Resolution and GED attainment. The Larimer County Workforce Center (LCWC) provides easy access to a wide array of employment and training services. Following the trend initiated by the US Department of Labor, Colorado has consolidated the many components of Job Service and Employment and Training services to maximize its ability to serve job seekers as well as area employers. LCWC established the Training Resources Team (TRT) to ensure a productive and efficient work experience program. TRT is a collaborative team including five different departments working toward successful work experience opportunities for participants, including Business Services, Works, WIA, Fiscal, and Larimer County Risk Management. ReHire Colorado has enabled LCWC to continue their services specifically to the low income participants. The first two groups of individuals invited to participate are those that are receiving TANF or Food Assistance (Employment First), and that are in the target groups outlined in the grant.  For more information contact Deb Callies atdcallies@larimer.org

 

Rocky Mountain Human Services, Inc., is a 501(c)3 private, non-profit human service organization serving the state of Colorado. RMHS Veterans Employment Services ReHire Program is especially designed for Veterans searching for employment.  ReHire provides employment assistance to Veterans all along the Front Range who are unemployed or underemployed.  Participants work closely with an Employment Specialist who provides assessment, resource referrals, employment plan, job readiness training and pre-employment preparation.  Each participant receives job placement recommendations, job retention support, wage subsidized on the job training and employment opportunities.
