The Division of Colorado Works offers the following Family Violence Option (FVO) Training. This training is a one-day session. The training includes a discussion on the dynamics of Domestic Violence Cycle, how individuals may present when living in an abusive environment, the assessment that is mandatory to be completed by Colorado Works staff if domestic violence is disclosed, and time for group work to practice and prepare implementing the requirements of the FVO.
