Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR) June 30, 2011. This report summarizes Colorado’s accomplishments and changes for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2011 and is the second interim report for the 2010-2014 Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP). Included in the report are demographic data on children served by Colorado’s child welfare system, 2009 Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) findings and Colorado’s Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) development information. Specific information is provided in the areas of training, technical assistance, management information systems and research and evaluation.
Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act Plan June 30, 2011. This CAPTA Plan has been developed based on reviews of the 2010 CAPTA Plan and Annual Report. It reflects the State’s current initiatives and collaborations in differential response and domestic violence and recommendations of the Citizen Advisory Panels. It is anticipated that the CAPTA Plan will serve as a guide for structuring Colorado’s use of CAPTA funding, and that it will be integrated with current child welfare initiatives, collaborations and the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) Program Improvement Plan (PIP).
