Help End Domestic Abuse in Colorado

Domestic abuse impacts thousands of Coloradoans each year. All Coloradoans can help to ensure the safety and well-being of victims and their families. Contributions from Individual State Income Tax Refunds to the Colorado Domestic Abuse Fund will support local, community-based efforts to end domestic abuse. CDAF contributions support domestic violence programs and services such as:

  • 24-Hour emergency access to shelter and advocacy
  • Safety planning with victims and their children
  • Safehousing including emergency and long-term housing
  • Support groups, counseling and advocacy
  • Information and referrals for victims to secure resources
  • Prevention efforts to end the cycle of domestic abuse
  • Community education
  • Children's programming and advocacy
  • Teen dating violence education
  • Treatment for perpetrators of domestic abuse
