Agriculture is a part of all our lives. As an employee of the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA), you would be working in an agency that affects every person in state because when you eat, wear clothes, or drive a car—you are part of agriculture.

The primary goals of CDA is to strengthen and advance Colorado's agriculture industry; ensure a safe, high quality, and sustainable food supply; and protect consumers, the environment, and natural resources.

Agriculture is one of the top three industries in Colorado, provides $20 billion to the state economy, and employees more than 108,000 people across the state; and CDA is proud to be a part of such an important industry.
