Livestock
The Colorado Department of Agriculture, and specifically the Animal Industry Division, is responsible for animal health and disease control activities in Colorado. The division works in close cooperation with the livestock industry and veterinary medical organizations, as well as other state and federal agencies, to protect the health, welfare, and marketability of Colorado livestock.
