The Rodent and Predator Control Section provides training, services, and supplies to private citizens and local, state, and federal officials to control vertebrate pests.

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Plague is transmitted to people through flea bite and direct contact with infected animals. Each rodent species is host to one or more species of fleas which, when infected, are carriers.
