Notice of Public Rulemaking Hearings

Rule hearings are listed below in order of the date and time they are scheduled for public hearing.

To all interested parties:

The Colorado Department of Agriculture had posted public notice as required by the Administrative Procedures Act to conduct four rulemaking hearings beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2009.

Due to the weather and limited road closures in Eastern Colorado individuals expressed concern that the hearings would occur without the ability for interested parties to attend and provide public testimony. The hearings were conducted as scheduled to afford those who were able to attend an opportunity to testify.

The hearing record will remain open until November 4, 2009 to allow additional time for written testimony. On November 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. additional testimony will be taken on all four rulemakings. This portion of the hearing will occur at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, 700 Kipling Street, Suite 4000, Lakewood, Colorado 80215.
