OVERVIEW OF LOGISTICS FOR STATEWIDE HOMELESS COUNT The statewide homeless count will be a census of the homeless population on one day: Monday, January 29, 2007. The count will take place the night of Monday, January 29, 2007 and continue throughout the day on Tuesday, January 30, 2007. Agency staff and volunteers will attempt to survey every homeless individual or, in the case of family groups and couples, one adult family member, in all of the identified locations.
