How to Search

Do you have a question, but don't know who to contact in the government? Each department, division and office has keywords associated to it to make your search more efficient. Just enter your keywords and select Search.

The search results are based on all keywords entered. For example: If you enter "want to renew my motor vehicle license", the search results will be based on all words. To make your search more efficient, enter "motor vehicle " or "vehicle".

If you are having difficulty searching:

• Use fewer keywords
• Try different keywords
• Keep your search words general
• Make sure you spell the keywords correctly
• Do not include plurals
• Do not include special characters

About the State Organizational Directory

The State Organizational Directory (pdf) contains the name, address and telephone number of every agency, department, division or institution of state government in Colorado. It includes the General Assembly, the Judicial Department, the Offices of the Governor and the Lieutenant Governor, the District attorneys, and the 19 departments of the Executive Branch.
